Verification is independent
DegreeScoutHQ does not treat a commercial relationship, advertisement or affiliate arrangement as evidence that a university or degree record is accurate.
The same source requirements apply whether or not a commercial relationship exists.
Disclosure
When a page contains a commercial or affiliate relationship, that relationship should be disclosed where it is relevant to the user's decision.
Commercial placement should not silently alter whether a record is classified as verified.
